International Happiness Day is dedicated to spreading joy around the world. It serves as a reminder to prioritize our well-being and focus on the things that bring us joy. As the saying goes, happiness is not something ready-made, it comes from your own actions, and the day encourages individuals to take action towards their own happiness and spread positivity to those around them.
On 20th of March 2023, we celebrated International Happiness Day with great enthusiasm at the corporate office of StudyMEDIC. It was a wonderful occasion for all the staff members to cheer and enjoy. The highlight of the event was a video shoot which captured all happy moments of the participants.
Dr Sowmya NS, Co-founder & COO of StudyMEDIC, graced the event with her inspiring presence and message. In her speech, she emphasized the importance of happiness in our lives and how it can help us to overcome challenges and achieve our goals. She also shared some tips on how to cultivate happiness in our daily lives.
The event was filled with lots of joy and positivity. Happiness is a universal language. It’s a feeling that connects us all.
